1. General Information
This online store is owned by Hermozia. By purchasing from our website, you agree to these terms and conditions.
2. Safe use of fragrances and diffusers
- Always keep products out of reach of children and pets.
- Do not place diffusers or refills on delicate surfaces or near open flames.
- Do not ingest the products.
- In case of contact with eyes, rinse with plenty of water and consult your doctor.
3. Orders and payments
- By placing an order, you confirm that your details are correct and that you are of legal age.
- Orders are only processed after full payment has been received.
4. Deliveries
- We offer home delivery or in-store pickup depending on your selection at checkout.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier.
5. Returns and claims
- You have 14 calendar days from receipt to return unused, unopened products in their original packaging.
- To request a refund, write to us at hola@hermozia.es indicating your order number.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except for defective products.
6. Warranty and liability
- We try to provide accurate information on our website, but we do not guarantee the absence of errors.
- Hermozia's liability is limited to the amount of the order, except in cases of personal injury or fraud.
7. Data protection
Your personal data is managed in accordance with our privacy policy .
8. Applicable legislation
These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Granada.
9. Event Services – Hermozia Perfume Bar
The following conditions apply specifically to Hermozia's services related to events, weddings, private and corporate celebrations.
9.1 Booking and payments
9.1.1 The service reservation will be confirmed only after written acceptance and payment of the corresponding deposit.
9.1.2 Payment terms: 50% of the total amount as an advance payment, no later than 3 weeks before the event. The remaining 50% must be paid no later than 1 week before the event.
9.1.3 In case of non-compliance with the payment deadlines, Hermozia reserves the right to cancel the service without the right to a refund.
9.2 Cancellations
9.2.1 All cancellations must be communicated in writing.
9.2.2 Cancellation fees: up to 3 weeks before the event, no cost. Between 3 and 2 weeks before, loss of 50% of the deposit. Within 2 weeks prior, €600. Within 7 days prior, 100% of the agreed amount.
10.2.3 These expenses cover preparation, customization and logistics costs.
9.3 Responsibility
9.3.1 Hermozia will not be liable for damage to facilities, furniture, customer property, attendees or participants, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence.
9.3.2 Participation in the Perfume Bar experience is under the personal responsibility of each attendee.
9.3.3 Hermozia is not responsible for allergic reactions, fragrance sensitivities, or personal preferences. The client is responsible for informing guests in advance.
9.3.4 The client releases Hermozia from any third-party claims arising from the event.
9.4 Space conditions
9.4.1 The client will guarantee adequate space, sufficient lighting, a stable surface and safe working conditions.
9.4.2 If the conditions are not suitable, Hermozia may suspend the service without obligation to refund.
9.5 Damages and material
9.5.1 Any damage to or loss of Hermozia's materials caused by attendees, staff, or third parties will be billed to the client. This includes jars, displays, bottles, labels, and equipment.
9.6 Modifications
9.6.1 Changes to date, location or number of attendees must be communicated at least 14 days in advance.
10.6.2 These changes may involve price adjustments.
10.6.3 Last-minute changes are not guaranteed.
9.7 Force majeure
9.7.1 In cases of force majeure such as illness, extreme weather, official restrictions or logistical problems, Hermozia will not be liable for non-compliance.
10.7.2 An alternative date will be sought whenever possible.
9.8 Use of image
9.8.1 Hermozia may use images and videos of the event for promotional purposes, unless expressly indicated in writing by the client.
